How to sleep earlier at night
I am the person who have sleep deprivation problem,
insufficient sleep or sleepless, that can cause the body health problem and
our emotional difficulties. The main cause is lacking of sleep. So I tried to
figure out how to sleep enough at night and I found three prohibition which
will help you sleep well.
First, do not drink any caffeine. Caffeine can reduce
the quality of your sleep. As you know, Caffeine is a natural stimulant for our
brain. Perhaps you do not drink before night, it still affect on your sleep.
The solution is try to drink a lot of water afterward.
Second,
When you go to bed, do not play the phone before you sleep at least one hours.
Because the scree have the green light, that leads you feel does not want to
sleep. Moreover, the game or the social network combine to increase the stress
in your body. You can listen the music or read the book instead.
Last,
it is a basic method but it has the most powerful effect. Clear your mind
before sleep, stop thinking or stop worrying about things and think about
positive things, is the useful way. Because the main things that causes you to lack
of sleeping. The worry thing makes you overthinking and you can not sleep
because you worried about the thing that you have thought. Thus, you have to
relax and do not think too much, keep telling yourself that it is time to
sleep.

method is work for me and I want to
